Becoming smart …
“Becoming Smart: Smart Citizens in Smart Cities” focuses on how the rise of digital media and the online society have changed the public’s relationship with companies and governments and how they are all looking for new relationships and roles to play in society, while municipal governments tackle demands to increase basic services with the few available resources. The aim of the project is to find new ways of empowering communities so that they can participate actively in the co-creation of Smart Cities.
